About Erin
I’m a Seattle transplant, having moved here from South Carolina to pursue a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School, graduating in 2011. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of WA. Though I miss certain things about the South, I fell in love with the Pacific Northwest in all its culture and natural beauty. I’m a former college athlete who carries a deep love of sports and teams. The way I work and think about psychotherapy has been influenced by my colleagues, coaches, teachers, family, my own therapeutic journey…basically many relationships and life experiences! I’m former Co-President of the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study and a Board Member of the International Forum for Psychoanalytic Education. Since graduating with my Master’s, I’ve worked in a wide range of mental health settings with both men and women, and have been in private practice since 2013.
I received a Certificate of Completion in MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy from Lykos Therapeutics. This training has equipped me to help clients who are using psychedelic medicines on their own integrate their experiences from a harm reduction approach. I also have training and experience in ketamine assisted therapy, and am able to help clients with integration who are receiving ketamine treatments.
