Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelics are powerful medicines that have the ability to transform lives, help people get unstuck, and gain new perspectives. It is crucial that you have proper support if you are exploring journeying with these substances. I work with people from a harm reduction lens, and help you integrate these experiences into your life. Integration is focused on taking what you experienced in your psychedelic journey, and listening to how you can harness your journey for change both in your personal life and for your community.
I work with folks on a short term basis for integration. I recommend a minimum of 3 integration sessions. Depending on what kind of experience you are seeking integration for (a journey, microdosing, etc.) will determine how many total sessions are recommended.
I have had training and experience in ketamine assisted therapy, and received a Certificate of Completion in MDMA Assisted Therapy from MAPS. I am dedicated to learning and furthering my expertise in community with other clinicians, as well as ongoing training and classes. My work with clients is based in harm reduction, providing information for individuals to make the most informed decision for themselves in regards to these substances. While ketamine is legal and some plant medicines are decriminalized in Seattle, many psychedelics remain an illegal Schedule I substance in the United States. I cannot recommend an illegal substance for use in the treatment of any mental health disorder. I look forward to the day when all psychedelics are legalized for both medical and personal use.
